Promotions, discounts, coupons, and other commercial terms may have:
- A specific duration;

9. Product Availability
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not necessarily reserve it.
Availability is determined during the processing and confirmation of the order.
In exceptional circumstances, an item may become unavailable after a purchase has been made.
If this happens, the customer will be notified and given appropriate guidance regarding the available alternatives.
10. Placing and Confirming an Order
An order will only be considered processed once payment has been confirmed.
Before confirmation, an order may have a status such as:

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or prevent delivery from being completed.
14. Tracking
When available, the customer will receive information to track their order.
It may take some time for the tracking code or link to show the first updates after dispatch.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the order.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.
In such cases:
- Products may have different tracking codes;
- Tracking updates may occur separately;
