Payment Policy
Payment Policy
At Onabloom, we strive to offer a simple, secure, and transparent shopping experience at every stage of your order. That’s why we provide different payment methods so you can choose the most convenient option when making your purchase.
Payments made in our store are processed through Mercado Pago in a secure environment and in accordance with the security procedures applicable to online transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods will be displayed directly at checkout before you complete your purchase and may include:
Credit Card
We accept the major card brands supported by Mercado Pago.
Payment may be made in a single payment or in installments, subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
The maximum number of installments, any applicable interest, and the amount of each installment will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your order.
PIX
Payment via PIX usually allows for faster confirmation.
After selecting this option, a QR Code and/or PIX code to copy and paste will be provided.
Payment must be made within the validity period shown at checkout. After it expires, you may need to place a new order.
Bank Slip
When this payment method is available at checkout, payment may be made using a bank slip.
You can use the barcode to pay through your financial institution’s app or online banking, or follow the other available options for paying the bank slip.
Bank slip payments are not processed immediately and may only be confirmed after bank processing.
2. Payment Processing
Order confirmation is subject to payment approval by Mercado Pago and, where applicable, by the responsible financial institution.
Onabloom has no direct control over the review time taken by financial institutions.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected:
- PIX: usually confirmed within a few minutes of payment;
- Credit card: may be approved quickly or undergo additional security review;
- Bank slip: confirmation may take up to a few business days after payment.
Order processing and preparation begin after payment is confirmed.
3. Credit Card Payments
Credit card purchases are subject to approval by the card issuer and the security systems used by the payment processor.
Even if you have available credit, a transaction may be declined based on the financial institution’s security criteria.
If this happens, we recommend that you:
- Check your card details;
- Check that you have available credit;
- Confirm that your card is enabled for online purchases;
- Contact your financial institution;
- Try again using another available payment method.
Onabloom does not have access to the internal criteria used by banks or card issuers to approve or decline a transaction.
4. Installment Payments
When available, you can select an installment plan directly during checkout.
Before confirming payment, you can view:
- Available number of installments;
- Amount of each installment;
- Total purchase amount;
- Any applicable interest.
We recommend carefully reviewing this information before completing your order.
5. Payment via PIX
When you choose PIX, a unique code will be generated for that transaction.
It is important to make the payment within the time indicated. If the PIX code expires before payment is completed, the order may be canceled automatically.
Once payment is identified, the order status will be updated according to the system’s processing.
6. Payment by Bank Slip
When a bank slip is available, it must be paid by the due date shown.
Payments made close to the due date may still take some time to be identified due to the bank clearing process.
For this reason, your order may not be confirmed immediately after payment.
7. Order Awaiting Payment
Until payment is confirmed, the order may remain in a status such as:
- Awaiting payment;
- Payment pending;
- Under review.
This means the transaction is still being processed or is awaiting payment from the customer.
Once approved, the order will proceed to the next processing steps.
8. Cancellation Due to Nonpayment
Orders placed using payment methods with an expiration period may be canceled automatically if payment is not identified within the specified time.
This may happen, for example, with:
- Expired PIX code;
- Past-due bank slip;
- Declined card transaction.
After cancellation, if you are still interested in the products, you will need to place a new order, subject to item availability and the commercial terms in effect at that time.
9. Declined Payment
A transaction may be declined for various reasons, including security procedures used by the financial institution or inconsistencies in the information provided.
For security and privacy reasons, Onabloom may not have access to the specific reason for the decline.
In this case, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly.
10. Transaction Security
Payment security is a priority for Onabloom.
Transactions made in our store are processed through Mercado Pago, using environments and technologies designed to protect financial information.
Onabloom does not directly store complete credit card details, such as the full card number and security code.
This information is processed in the payment processor’s secure environment.
11. Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, certain purchases may undergo additional review procedures before final approval.
These measures are intended to reduce the risk of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions and protect both the customer and the store.
In specific cases, payment may remain under review temporarily before it is confirmed.
12. Changing the Payment Method
After an order is completed, it is generally not possible to directly change the selected payment method.
If you wish to use another method, you may need to cancel the pending order and place a new purchase using the desired option.
13. Duplicate Charges
If you notice a possible duplicate charge, we recommend first checking your financial institution’s statement or app.
Some transactions may temporarily appear as pending authorizations before they are actually processed.
If the duplicate charge is confirmed, contact our customer service team with your order number and the necessary details so we can help investigate.
14. Reversals and Refunds
When a cancellation, return, or refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the funds to become available may vary depending on:
- Payment method used;
- Mercado Pago;
- Card issuer;
- Customer’s bank or financial institution.
For credit card purchases, the amount may appear as a reversal on the current or a subsequent statement, depending on the billing cycle and the issuer’s procedures.
15. Discrepancies in the Purchase Amount
Before completing payment, we recommend carefully checking:
- Product prices;
- Quantities;
- Discounts applied;
- Coupons used;
- Shipping cost;
- Number of installments;
- Any interest;
- Total order amount.
Confirming your purchase indicates your agreement to the amounts shown at checkout at that time.
16. Customer Service
If you have any questions about payment for your order, please contact us through Onabloom’s official customer service channels.
To expedite the review, have your order number and, if necessary, proof of transaction ready.
Our goal is to provide a secure and transparent shopping experience from product selection through payment confirmation.
